good to be seen so quickly after birth. Midwifes were friendly and supportive. 9-5 as an appointment however is not very helpful as still have other appointment to make and makes it very difficult. an actual time or at least am/pm slot would be more helpful.

I had excellent care during my stay!!! I found that all staff involved were caring, understanding, friendly and professional at all times. There was always someone on hand to help & to ask questions. I would like to say a big thank you! Keep up your good work.

I knew that I could talk to someone 24 hrs a day and that visits were regular. Only thing that could be improved is midwife's approximate time of arrival - between 9 and 5 is quite a big window!
